The Week Ahead with Pet Shop Boys, Richard Hawley, Nicki Minaj, Richard Thompson

Posted: 2 months ago

Pet Shop Boys released 15th album, "Nonetheless" in April, with an intimate launch gig at Camden's KOKO on Sunday 26th May (long-since sold out), before commencing their "Dreamworld" tour. 2019 was the last time Nicki Minaj toured the UK, and from 25th May she kicks-off her "Pink Friday 2" UK/ Ireland tour. Richard Hawley warms-up in Bangor for his forthcoming 15-date UK/ Ireland tour. Fairport Convention man, Richard Thompson embarks on a summer UK tour, culminating in a Royal Albert Hall date on Saturday, 8th June.

Festival season is now upon us, with Slam Dunk Festival, Love Saves The Day, Cross The Tracks, We Are FSTVL, Bearded Theory, Dot to Dot all kicking-off from 25th May. And there's more, read on!

This week's #VenueOfTheWeek is Leadmill, with Gary Numan, The Dangerous Summer, The Wedding Present, Fin Taylor, Jackie Kay, Georgie Carroll, Ed Cosens, and SONIC Saturday at the Sheffield venue from 20th May.
