Hey Violet American are an alternative rock/ pop-punk band formed in 2008, originally an all-female and known as Cherri Bomb.

The band features founder members Rena Lovelis - vocals/ bass, Miranda Miller - guitar/ keys/ vocals and Nia Lovelis - drums/ vocals, plus Casey Moreta - lead guitar/ vocals and bass player Iain Shipp.

They issued their debut album "This Is The End of Control" in 2012.
