Richard Shindell is an American singer-songwriter from New Jersey, active since the early 90s.

He released his debut album, "Sparrows Point" in 1992, followed by: "Blue Divide" (1994), "Reunion Hill" (1997), "Cry Cry Cry" (1998), "Somewhere Near Paterson" (2000), "Courier" (2002), "Vuelta" (2004), "Live at the Chandler Music Hall, Randolph, VT" (2007), "South of Delia" (2007), "Not Far Now" (2009), "13 Songs You May Or May Not Have Heard Before" (2011), "Tomorrow You're Going" (2015), plus 2016's: "Careless".
