[1960 - 2016] Victor Bailey was an American bass player and former member of Weather Report (1982 - 1987).

As well as the Weather Report albums, "Procession", "Domino Theory", "Sportin' Life" and "This Is This!", Victor released a number of albums in his own right and two with Larry Coryell and Lenny White.
