Poogie Bell is American jazz drummer, composer, band leader and producer, Charles Bell Jr., from Pittsburgh.

He released his debut album (as "The Poogie Bell Band"), "Thinking Outside The Box" in 2004, followed by: "Get on the Kit" (2007), "Poogie on Shuffle" (2009), "My America" (2010), plus 2013's: "Suga Top".
