Bill Stewart is an American jazz drummer from Iowa who has worked with the likes of: Pat Metheny, Maceo Parker, John Scofield, Joe Lovano, Michael Brecker, Lonnie Smith, among others.

He released his debut album, "Think Before You Think" in 1990, followed by: "Snide Remarks" (1995), "Telepathy" (1997), "Catability" (1998), "Keynote Speakers" (2005), "Drum Crazy" (2005), "Incandescence" (2008), "Live at Smalls" (2011), "Ramshackle Serenade" (2014), "Space Squid" (2015), plus 2018's: "Band Menu".
