[1961 - 2017] Grant Hart was an American alt-rock drummer and songwriter, best known as the drummer and co-songwriter for hardcore punk band Hüsker Dü.

After the band's breakup in 1987, Hart formed trio Nova Mob, before focusing on his solo career after Nova Mob split in 1997.

Key releases include "2541", "Intolerance", "Admiral of the Sea" and the 2013 album: "The Argument".
