John Otway

John Otway

Humerous British singer-songwriter and perennial underdog. He initially appeared from the ashes of punk, with cohort Wild Willy Barrett.

Prior to 2002, his only hit single was 'Really Free', although he also notably recorded the Viz-endorsed single 'Bags Of Fun With Buster'.

For his 50th birthday, in 2002, his fans purchased enough copies of the single 'Bunsen Burner' to get it to No 9.

Otway has also presented lectures on how to make failure a success and written a book called "I Did Otway" (2010).
