The 5.6.7.8's

The 5.6.7.8's are an all-female Japanese garage rock trio from Tokyo, formed in 1986. They rose to prominence outside of Japan after appearing in the 2003 Quentin Tarantino film, "Kill Bill Volume 1".

They released their debut cassette album, "Golden Hits of the 5.6.7.8's" in 1988, followed by the 1991 EP: "I Was a Teenage Cave Woman !!!". Debut album, "The 5.6.7.8's" was released in 1994, followed by: "Bomb the Twist" (1996), "Pin Heel Stomp" (1997), "Teenage Mojo Workout" (2002), plus 2014's: "Tanukigoten".
