Oliver Tree is an American singer, producer, filmmaker and professional scooter rider from Santa Cruz. He signed to Atlantic Records in 2017 after the song, "When I'm Down" went viral.

He released his debut album, "Splitting Branches" in 2013 (as "Tree"), followed by: "Ugly Is Beautiful" in 2020, plus 2022's: "Cowboy Tears".
