• Khruangbin are a Houston-based band, featuring Laura Lee - bass, Mark Speer - guitar and Donald "DJ" Johnson on drums.

  The band take their influence from 1960's Thai funk - their name is the Thai word for "aeroplane".

  They released their debut album, "The Universe Smiles Upon You" in 2015.
