American psychedelic-rock band comprised of members from Country Joe and the Fish, The Blues Project and Steve Miller Band, including Bruce Barthol, David Bennet Cohen, Roy Blumenfeld and Greg Douglass.

All musicians were a part of the inagural Monterey Festival in 1967.
