Melodic hardcore five-piece from Bournemouth, formed in late 2008 and fronted by lead vocalist Charlie Holmes.

Heart in Hand's debut album, 'Only Memories', was released in 2011, followed by "Almost There" (2013) and 2014's "A Beautiful White".

The band split in 2015.
