  • Acclaimed and award-winning Irish atmospheric folk group originally formed in 1970. Members have included Máire Ní Bhraonáin, Ciarán Ó Braonáin, Pól Ó Braonáin, Noel Ó Dúgáin, Pádraig Ó Dúgáin and Eithne Ní Bhraonáin (Enya) who left the band in 1981.

    Their rise to stardom happened during the '80s with the track "(Theme From) Harry's Game" and the albums "Magical Ring", the Robin of Sherwood TV soundtrack "Legend" and "Macalla" with the hit "In A Lifetime" (w/Bono).

    Later successes include "Anam", "Banba" (Top 5 album in 1993) and the 1999 club-hit "Saltwater" with Chicane.
