Anglo-American industrial-funk and hip-hop collective formed in the '80s, featuring Doug Wimbish (bass), Skip McDonald (guitar), Keith Leblanc (drums) and Adrian Sherwood (effects and mix). Collaborators have included Gary Clail and Mark Stewart.

The band's releases include many on On-U Sound such as "What's My Mission Now?", "Mind at the End of the Tether" and "Ticking Time Bomb".
