The Cure

The Cure are an iconic and successful new-wave/ goth-rock/ pop band formed in 1976.

Remaining founder member is Robert Smith - vocals and guitars, joined by Simon Gallup - bass, Jason Cooper - drums, Roger O'Donnell - keyboards and Reeves Gabrels - guitar.

They released their debut album, "Three Imaginary Boys" in 1979, followed by: "Seventeen Seconds" (1980), "Faith" (1981), "Pornography" (1982), "The Top" (1984), "The Head on the Door" (1985), "Kiss Me, Kiss Me, Kiss Me" (1987), "Disintegration" (1989), the 1992 chart-topper: "Wish", "Wild Mood Swings" (1996), "Bloodflowers" (2000), "The Cure" (2004), plus 2008's: "4:13 Dream".

Familiar songs include "A Forest", "The Lovecats", "Close To Me", "Lullaby", "Never Enough" and "Friday I'm In Love".
