Rose Elinor Dougall is an English female solo singer-songwriter, former singer and keyboardist for The Pipettes and member of duo, The WAEVE, along with Blur's Graham Coxon.

She released her debut solo album, "Without Why" in 2010, followed by 2017's: "Stellular".
