Scottish folk-musicians collective formed of members of Capercaillie, Peatbog Faeries and Blazin' Fiddles amongst others.

Their name comes from playing ad-hoc jams and sessions at a rehearsal space just off the A9 route in the Highlands.

In 2012 the band celebrate their 10th year by releasing the self titled album "Session A9".
