Ottawan are a disco-pop band originally from France and formed in 1979 and originally featuring Patrick Jean-Baptiste and Annette Eltice. The band is now fronted by Balian singer, Esther de Bijl.

The band are best known for the hit singles: "D.I.S.C.O." (released in 1979) and: "Hands Up (Give Me Your Heart)" (released in 1981).
