The Way Down Wanderers are an American alt-folk/ Americana band from Illinois, featuring Austin Thompson - vocals/ guitar, Collin Krause - vocals/ mandolin/ violin/ guitar, John Williams - vocals/ bassm John Merikoski - drums/ percussion and Travis Kowalsky - banjo/ fiddle.

They released their debut album, "The Way Down Wanderers" in 2017, plus 2019's: "Illusions".
