Flamenco guitarist from Malaga who studied under the legendary Paco de Lucia.

Despite his roots being set deep within flamenco, he has occasionally recorded with contemporary artists such as Rory Gallagher, Herbie Hancock and Miles Davis.

In 2003, he performed as part of the 'Four Martins' tour with Martin Taylor, Martin Simpson and Martin Carthy.

His only hit was 'Love Theme From Thorn Birds' in 1984.
