Walking tour of 'Britain's greatest municipal building' led by Ed Glinert, 'New Manchester Walks' guide and author of The Manchester Compendium.

Tour highlight is the Great Hall, described by John Ruskin as the "finest Gothic apartment in Europe" which houses Ford Madox Brown's 12 murals of Manchester history painted between 1879 and 1893.

Tours meet outside the landmark Midland Hotel, near to the Town Hall.
