American hip hop DJ and producer, based in New York. He spent a decade at NYC's 98.7 Kiss FM from 1982, returning in 2009.

In 1989, he released an album with MC Kool Chip, called 'Masters of the Rhythm' and in 1995, Chuck broke new ground by being one of the first DJs to play hip hop to Japanese audiences.
