A contemporary ballet created by David Bintley, scored by the late Simon Jeffes and the Penguin Cafe (Orchestra) and debuted in 1988.

"With a timely theme of protection and preservation of the natural world, it is joyful, amusing, exuberant and provocative as endangered species take to the stage in dancing styles from ballroom to morris, introduced by penguin waiters. A riot of dance and colour."

The music was also recorded and released as an album by Simon Jeffes in 1991.
