Highly-regarded eclectic independent record-label founded by Cocteau Twins members, Robin Guthrie and Simon Raymonde in 1997 in order to release Cocteau Twins music (but the band split). Simon Raymonde now runs the label.
Successful artists include Father John Misty, Midlake, Flaming Lips, Mercury Rev, Fleet Foxes, BC Camplight, Explosions In The Sky, The Dears, The Kissaway Trail, Lone Wolf, Wavves, Beach House, M Ward, Fionn Regan, Fleet Foxes and John Grant, among others.
