Ben Elton
Award-winning English stand-up comedian, author, writer and director.
He began his career in the '80s as one of the first alternative stand-up comedians, before co-writing the successful TV comedy series "The Young Ones" with Rik Mayall (and others) and "Blackadder" with Richard Curtis.
He has written several novels and co-written the musicals "We Will Rock You" and "Love Never Dies".
He returned to stand up in 2018, announcing a tour for the following year. In 2024 he returned with his Authentic Stupidity tour.
