[1943 - 2011] Influential Scottish folk musician and songwriter and founding member of Pentangle. He collaborated frequently with John Renbourn.

His solo work included his self-titled debut in 1965, "It Don't Bother Me", "Bert and John" (with Renbourn) and "The Black Swan".

In 2001 Jansch received a Lifetime Achievement Award at the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards
