Betty Wright

[1953 - 2020] Betty Wright was an award-winning American soul/ R&B singer who launched her career in the '60s.

Her first album "My First Time Around" appeared in 1968, with her biggest songs being "Clean Up Woman", "Where Is The Love?", "Shoorah Shoorah" and "Baby Sitter".

She had a re-birth in 2003 by coaching and producing Joss Stone on her "Soul Sessions" set.
