Sons of an Illustrious Father are a "genre queer" three-piece from Brooklyn, featuring Josh Aubin - vocals/ bass/ keyboards/ guitars/ percussion, Lilah Larson - vocals/ guitars/ bass/ drums/ percussion and Ezra Miller - vocals/ drums/ percussion/ keyboards.

They released their debut album, "One Body " in 2011, followed by: "Revol" (2016), plus 2018's: "Deus Sex Machina: Or, Moving Slowly Beyond Nikola Tesla".
