Chris Shiflett is an American musician, singer and songwriter, best known as the lead guitarist with the Foo Fighters and also a former member of No Use for a Name and Me First and the Gimme Gimmes. He has recorded as a solo artist and also as part of Jackson United, and Viva Death with his brother, Scott.

He released his debut album, "Chris Shiflett & the Dead Peasants" in 2010 (as Chris Shiflett & the Dead Peasants), followed by: "All Hat and No Cattle" (2013, also as Chris Shiflett & the Dead Peasants), then: "West Coast Town" (2017), plus 2019's: "Hard Lessons".
