Living Colour

New York-based funk-metal/hard-rock outfit formed in 1984, split in 1995 and reformed in 2000.

Members include Vernon Reid, Corey Glover, Will Calhoun and Doug Wimbish (Tackhead).

During the late '80s and early '90s, the band achieved a few notable UK hits such as "Love Rears Its Ugly Head", "Solace of You" and "Leave It Alone", as well as "Cult of Personality", a hit in the States.

Albums include their 1988 debut "Vivid", plus "Time's Up" (1990), "Stain" (1993), "Collideøscope" (2003), "The Chair in the Doorway" (2009) and 2017's: "Shade".
