Sly & Robbie were legendary reggae producers/ musicians comprised of 'Sly' (Lowell Dunbar) - drums and the late Robbie 'Barret' Shakespeare - bass.

Their own albums include "Rhythm KIllers", "Langauge Barrier" and collaborations as themselves or The Taxi Gang with Bill Laswell, Howie B and more.

Production work includes albums for Black Uhuru, Grace Jones, Peter Tosh, Mighty Diamonds, Gergory Isaacs, Chaka Demus 7 Pliers, Bunny Wailer and many more, with much of their key work undertaken in the '80s.

Robbie Shakespeare died in December 2021.
