"Formed in Melbourne in 1984 by Joe Camilleri (ARIA Music Hall of Fame) The Black Sorrows deliver a glorious and dynamic mix of blues, rockabilly, jazz, soul, gospel and country. Awarded "Living Legend" status by Rolling Stone Australia in 2017, Joe Camilleri has kicked a staggering number of goals during his 50+ years in music as a singer, multi-talented musician, producer and frontman of seminal '70s band, Jo Jo Zep & The Falcons.

There have been hit records in Australia and Europe, multi-platinum albums and Joe's songwriting skills are much in demand with greats, Elvis Costello and John Denver having recorded some of his songs. Joe has recorded 48 albums and will tour UK in 2017 in support of the release of the 20th album with The Black Sorrows, 'Faithful Satellite'."
