Julie Felix
[b 1938 d 2020] Californian-born and UK-based folk-singer who became the first solo folk-artists to be signed to a major label (Decca in 1964).
She was the resident singer on The Frost Report in the 60s, played at the Isle of Wight Festival in 1969 and scored one of only two hits in the early 70s with 'If I Could (El Condor Pasa)'.
