Lifesigns are a British progressive rock band, featuring John Young (keys/ vocals), Jon Poole (bass/ vocals), Frosty Beedle (drums) and Niko Tsonev (guitars/ vocals).

They released their debut album, "Lifesigns" in 2013, followed by: "Cardington" (2017), plus 2021's: "Altitude".
