The Silencers
Scottish rock band formed in 1986 from members of post-punk band Fingerprintz, featuring Jimme O'Neill (Vocals/Guitar/Harmonica), Joseph Donnelly (Bass) and Baptiste Brondy (Drums).
Key songs include "Painted Moon", "I Can't Cry" and the big European hit "Bulletproof Heart" (written and recorded originally by Fingerprintz and covered by Jim Kerr in 2009).
