Richie Hawtin

Richie Hawtin is a Banbury-born, Canada-raised electronic musician and DJ whose alias include Plastikman and FUSE and heavily-influenced by the Detroit-techno scene of the 90s.

He founded the Plus-8 label with John Acquaviva in 1990.

His debut album was "Dimension Intrusion" (under the FUSE guise), released as part of the Warp-label's "Artificial Intelligence" electronica-series. Follow-up album, "From Within" was released in 1994, plus: "From Within 2" (1995), "From Within 3" (1997), "Concept 1" (1998), "From My Mind To Yours" (2015), and 2021's: "Concept 1".

Plastikman output includes "Sheet One", "Closer" and "EX", amongst others.
