Long Beach Dub Allstars were formed in 1997 by former members, Eric Wilson and Bud Gaugh.

As of 2012, the band features Opie Ortiz - vocals, RAS-1 - lead vocals/ guitar, Jack Maness - keyboard/ vocals, Michael Happoldt - guitar, Marshall Goodman - drums/ turntables/ percussion and and Tim Wu - saxophones/ flute/ vocals.

The band released their debut album, "Right Back" in 1999, plus 2001's: "Wonders of the World".
