Suffocation

Suffocation are an American technical death metal band from Long Island, formed in 1988.

The band features founder member and lead guitarist, Terrance Hobbs, plus Derek Boyer - bass,

Charlie Errigo - rhythm guitar, Eric Morotti - drums, and Ricky Myers - vocals.

They released their debut album, "Effigy of the Forgotten" in 1991, followed by: "Breeding the Spawn" (1993), "Pierced from Within" (1995), "Souls to Deny" (2004), "Suffocation" (2006), "Blood Oath" (2009), "Pinnacle of Bedlam" (2013), plus 2017's: "...Of the Dark Light".
