The Godfathers
London-based alt-rock/garage-rock band formed from the ashes of The Sid Presley Experience in 1985 by Peter and Chris Coyne.
Current line-up: Peter Coyne - vocals, Chris Coyne - bass, Mauro Venegas - guitar, Steve Crittall - guitar and Tim James - drums.
Key releases include the albums "Hit By Hit" (a compilation of early singles), More Songs About Love & Hate", "Birth School Work Death", "Jukebox Fury" and 2017's "A Big Bad Beautiful Noise".
The band released the double-A-side single "Rewind Time"/ "Till My Heart Stops Beating".
Their shows are intense yet friendly affairs, often blisteringly loud.
