English actor and comedian, active since 1995 - the younger brother of BBC presenter Jeremy Vine.
His act is a relentless mixture of puns and one-liners, exemplified by his Guinness World Record for most jokes told in an hour - he reached 499 in 2004.
His tours have included: "The Joke-amotive", "The Tim Vine Chat Show", "The Joke-Amotive Tour ", "Tim Timinee Tim Timinee Tim Tim To You", "Sunset Milk Idiot", "Plastic Elvis" (with band) and "Breeeep!".
