Formerly fronted by Sly Stone, as Sly and the Family Stone the band made a memorable contribution to American pop and funk including the singles Everyday People and Family Affair.
Without Sly Stone, the band continues to tour with original members and Rock & Roll Hall of fame inductees, playing some of the best funk-soul hits ever recorded.
