Alternative Hip Hop act featuring Mos Def and Talib Kweli, founded in 1997 as part of the Rawkus/NY scene in the'90s.

Their debut album appeared in 1998 and contained the tracks "Definition" and "Respiration".

Kweli and Def have collaborated on each other's recordings (namely the former's "Quality" album and the latter's "The Ecstatic" album), as well as soundtracks and compilations.
