Azymuth

Brazilian jazz-fusion band formed in 1972.

Members now include Alex Malheiros - bass and guitars and Ivan Conti - drums and percussion.

Their many albums include "Som Ambiente", "Light as a Feather" and "Aurora".

In 1980, Azymuth achieved a Top 20 placing for the club crossover single "Jazz Carnival".
