American avant-garde musician, singer and songwriter, real name Merrill Garbus. Her name is often written as tUnE-yArDs and much of her music uses the voice and found-sounds as percussion.

Releases include the debut album "Bird-Brains", released in 2009, plus "w h o k i l l" (2011), "Nikki Nack" (2014), "I Can Feel You Creep Into My Private Life" (2018), "Sorry to Bother You" (soundtrack - 2019), plus 2021's: "Sketchy".
