Paul van Dyk is a Grammy-nominated German DJ and producer who was voted DJ Magazine's "World's Number 1 DJ" in 2005 and 2006, AKA Matthias Paul.

He rose to prominence with the album "Out There and Back" in 2000 along with the singles "Tell Me Why" (with Saint Etienne), "Another Way" and "Nothing But You".
