Musical featuring music by Stephen Sondheim, based on the story by James Lapine.
Into the Woods had its premiere in San Diego in 1986, transferring to Broadway a year later, with the story featuring fairytale superstars Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood and Rapunzel.
