Ebo Taylor
Born in Ghana in 1936, Taylor is a songwriter, guitarist, bandleader, arranger and producer.
His music ranges from jazz and funk, to Highlife and Afrobeat, and was a crucial influence on LA indie collective Fool's Gold, who blend Western pop aesthetics with African rhythms and melodies.
