Chick Corea
[1941 - 2021] Chick Corea was an American jazz pianist and composer, a member of Miles Davis' band in the 1960s.
Corea was hailed as one of modern jazz's most influential figures, having worked with a wide range of jazz greats including Davis, Bobby McFerrin, Chaka Khan and Gary Burton.
In his lifetime, Chick won 23 Grammy awards, including the "Best Improvised Jazz Solo" and "Best Instrumental Jazz Album" awards in 2021.
