Exodus

Thrash-metal band from San Francisco, formed in 1980.

Members include: Steve Souza - vocals, Gary Holt - guitar, Lee Altus - guitar, Jack Gibson - bass and Tom Hunting - drums.

Founding member Kirk Hammett left in 1983 to join Metallica.

Key releases are "Bonded By Blood" and "Pleasures Of The Flesh". Despite signing to a major (Capitol) in 1988, their output quietened until 2010 when the album "Exhibit B: The Human Condition" made the US charts, followed by 2014's top-40 album, "Blood In, Blood Out".
